As a contributing designer on the RSIR Forecast Report, my primary focus was the “Markets That Matter” section — a centerpiece of the publication highlighting five key housing markets. My role was to translate complex real estate data into clear, engaging, and visually balanced layouts across six spreads. The challenge was to ensure consistency with the overall magazine design while bringing clarity and emphasis to the most important market insights.
Each spread required careful typographic hierarchy, data visualization, and visual storytelling. I worked to balance RSIR’s luxury brand aesthetic with the practicality of delivering market information, making sure that charts, maps, and copy flowed seamlessly together. This meant refining layouts to be both data-driven and approachable, ensuring readers could easily digest trends at a glance.

Beyond the report itself, I also developed a suite of supporting digital assets to extend the campaign’s reach. This included graphics for email campaigns, animated social media posts, and static visuals tailored for various platforms. These assets carried forward the report’s visual identity, creating cohesion between print and digital touchpoints.
The completed Forecast Report became a flagship publication for RSIR, offering clients and stakeholders an in-depth look at housing markets through a polished and professional lens. The “Markets That Matter” section stood out as a key feature, providing high-value insights presented in a way that was both informative and visually refined. My design contributions helped ensure that dense market data was communicated clearly without losing the premium feel of the brand.
The digital marketing assets played an equally important role, extending the reach of the report beyond print. Animated social posts and tailored email graphics allowed RSIR to promote the report across multiple channels, driving engagement and readership. By repurposing the visual language of the report, these assets created a seamless campaign that connected audiences to the core content.
Overall, the project demonstrated the impact of thoughtful design in shaping both perception and accessibility. The Forecast Report not only delivered valuable real estate insights but also reinforced RSIR’s reputation as a trusted authority in the luxury housing market. My contributions supported both the clarity of the content and the brand’s long-term communication goals.
