For the Waterfront Report, my role was to design a landing page that could act as the central hub for promoting and distributing the publication. The goal was to balance RSIR’s luxury brand aesthetic with a streamlined user experience, ensuring the report felt premium while remaining accessible to a wide audience.
A well-designed landing page transforms content into an experience that informs, engages, and converts.
I focused on clear hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and responsive layout, building a structure that highlighted key takeaways while driving users toward the full report. Careful attention was given to typography, imagery, and visual flow to create a page that reflected the sophistication of RSIR’s brand while making complex real estate insights approachable.
In addition to the core design, I considered how the page would integrate with RSIR’s broader marketing efforts. The landing page was optimized to support email campaigns, social promotion, and direct traffic — serving as both a content showcase and a conversion tool for client engagement.
The Waterfront Report landing page provided RSIR with a polished digital home for one of its most important publications. The page successfully balanced storytelling and usability, giving visitors a clear path from high-level insights to the full report.
Its responsive design ensured a seamless experience across devices, making the content accessible whether viewed on desktop, tablet, or mobile. By integrating strong visuals with concise copy, the landing page became both an extension of the RSIR brand and a functional marketing asset.
Ultimately, the project reinforced RSIR’s digital presence by turning a static report into an interactive entry point for engagement. The landing page not only elevated the presentation of the Waterfront Report but also helped strengthen RSIR’s reputation as a trusted voice in the luxury real estate market.
